MVNGO is a European-flavored Tech House/Techno artist, emerging from Romania and based in Montreal, Canada. Through her summer adventures in Europe, she found her sound and inspiration from the continent’s vibrant nightlife. By mixing retro synths with uplifting vocals and groovy basslines, MVNGO ignites the feeling of summer in Europe through her music. Her energy and experiences can be heard within the very fabric of her performances.

The Origin Story
I grew up surrounded by the European electronic dance scene, always inspired by the iconic Korg M1 sound and deep house grooves. With my dad being a DJ, music was always part of my world, and blending that with the urban energy of Montreal led to WTBA. It’s the perfect mix of my two loves—UK garage and tech house.
On the Rise
Recently, my career has been gaining momentum, my shows and releases have been getting a lot of attention. My music has been supported by some incredible names in the scene, which has been a huge push forward for me. I’ve now signed with Riche Talent for management, locking in the right team behind the momentum.
Why Hood Politics
Hood Politics has always stood out to me for their mission of pushing fresh, forward-thinking tech house, so this track was a natural fit. WTBA is essentially a tech house track at its core, but with a UK garage flavor, a reese-driven bassline at 134 BPM, and UK drill-inspired vocals that give it raw energy.
